Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects and R&D processes through the entire SDLC from planning to release.
  • •Reduce bottlenecks by mapping handoffs across Eng/Product/QA/DevOps/Support/CS and removing blockers to improve cycle time and throughput.
  • •Publish weekly delivery health updates with dashboards and deliver heads-up and enablement notes for Product, Support, and CS.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning/standups/reviews), tune them for lightweight outcomes, and step into the scrum master role when needed.
  • •Single-thread P0/P1 bug and strategic delivery ownership (timelines, dependencies, risks) and run a fast-track protocol; lead the release process and ensure clear communication.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in the tech industry with multi-team delivery experience, with hands-on roles as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, TPM, or Release Manager.
  • •Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience across software engineering, QA, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, and Data domains.
  • •Proven experience adopting AI in the TPM domain.
  • •Hands-on with Jira/Linear to model workflows, build actionable dashboards, and drive decisions with metrics.
  • •Strong grasp of SDLC, Scrum/Kanban and pragmatic governance, plus experience coordinating globally distributed teams with excellent English.
