Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the mechanical team, including building team spirit and cooperation.
  • •Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the team and wider business.
  • •Maintain team-level budgets and forecasting, ensuring monthly/annual budget performance and improved operational performance.
  • •Oversee team performance including work pipeline, finance, and operational management.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact for clients, develop relationships to secure new commissions, and collaborate with contractors and architects to win and deliver work.

  • •Chartership through CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council, or be open to working towards it.

  • •Ability to optimize cooling systems and solve complex mechanical challenges with innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
