Job Summary

Own end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of the Foods delivery portfolio, including multi-entity Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollouts, Advanced Warehouse Management deployments, and BI/reporting and automation initiatives. Lead a matrix cross-functional delivery squad without positional authority, running structured rollout projects and high-volume BAU change in short release cycles. Ensure delivery is predictable, audit-ready, and delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end project management, including scope definition, resource planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
•Develop and implement project governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards with executive reporting.
•Direct and supervise cross-functional project teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive delivery.
•Ensure delivery of structured rollouts (phases, cutovers, hyper care) and high-volume BAU changes is predictable and audit-ready.
•Approve procurement strategies and oversee vendor negotiations, maintaining compliance with local authorities and documentation/QA systems.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role delivering complex infrastructure or industrial projects.
•Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, controlling scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
•Proficiency with project management tools and platforms including Microsoft Project, Primavera, Oracle ERP, and Power BI.
•Demonstrated success managing large-scale capital projects or manufacturing/industrial upgrades.
•Knowledge of food manufacturing and distribution operations (poultry, starch/value-added processing, warehousing, dispatch, and transport) is important.
