•Implement key HR processes: Onboarding, Adaptation, Offboarding
•Conduct HR research and surveys: collect feedback, analyze results, and prepare recommendations
•Advise team on HR policies, benefits, and internal People practices
•Contribute to employee experience by ideating and executing internal activities (birthdays, events, merch) with office management
•Support HRBP in launching internal processes, trainings and People initiatives

Key Requirements

•2+ years experience in HR / People Partner / HR Generalist

•Systematic, detail-oriented, and able to drive processes to outcomes
•Proactive with healthy ownership: identify problems, propose solutions, and take responsibility for their area
