Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain practical, hands-on experience within your assigned department.
  • •Support day-to-day business activities and departmental projects.
  • •Participate in structured training, professional development, and mentoring/coaching.
  • •Work closely with experienced professionals and subject-matter experts on projects and initiatives.
  • •Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables; take part in performance reviews and development assessments throughout the programme.

Key Requirements

  • •Omani National with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business/Aviation/Operation Management, Sales, Finance/Accounting, Computer Engineering/Science, Human Resource, or similar majors.
  • •Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Strong willingness to learn and develop, with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of AI at work; digital literacy and willingness to learn new tools/systems.
