Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, servers, and software systems across the manufacturing line, including provisioning, updates, tracking, and retirement.
  • •Design, configure, and support factory network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing, wireless, segmentation) for reliable low-latency connectivity.
  • •Build, harden, and maintain physical and virtual servers for manufacturing applications with performance, security, and high availability.
  • •Monitor system, server, and network performance across the factory floor and proactively resolve issues affecting production throughput.
  • •Implement security controls, access management, and compliance standards across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Systems or Network Administrator in manufacturing, industrial, or high-throughput environments.
  • •Ability to work second shift (3PM–11PM).
  • •Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration, including server buildout, virtualization, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network components such as switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, DNS, and VPN services.
  • •Strong understanding of security principles including access controls, endpoint hardening, and secure network design.
