Staff ML Scientist

Design and develop next-generation AI/ML models for Visa’s Risk and Identity Solutions, focusing on transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and risk mitigation across multiple business lines. Work with data scientists and ML engineers in Bangalore and globally to drive a scientific roadmap—fine-tuning open-weight LLMs, building classifiers, prototyping ML PoCs, deploying scalable SOTA models, and mentoring scientists while ensuring models are robust, explainable, and production-ready.
