Job Summary

Support the financial health of projects that shape communities by providing clear project financial information to project managers. Track costs, forecasts, and key financial indicators, and prepare financial summaries and reports for project and portfolio reviews. Build and update project budgets, cost estimates, and billing-related data, and help maintain accurate revenue recognition and accruals. Provide financial input for bids and proposals and explain impacts of project changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide clear financial information to support day-to-day project decisions with project managers.
•Track project performance, including costs, forecasts, and key financial indicators.
•Prepare financial summaries and reports for project and portfolio reviews.
•Build and update project budgets, cost estimates, and billing-related data.
•Maintain revenue recognition, accruals, and other key financial processes; support bids and proposals with financial input.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 62,900 - 92,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting financial activities within projects or business operations.
•Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
•Comfort working with financial data, including basic forecasting and variance analysis.
•Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and ease using Microsoft Office tools.
•Collaborative approach with sound judgment and attention to detail.
