Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, replenish, and maintain assigned public areas to the highest standards, ensuring consistent hygiene and cleanliness.
  • •Report defects immediately and assist with preventive maintenance programs for public areas.
  • •Maintain proper stock levels (par stock) of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and equipment; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • •Support inventories of chemicals, supplies, and equipment when required; report repairs and maintenance items to team leadership.
  • •Adhere to lost-and-found procedures, safe work practices, grooming and hygiene policies, and participate in training and briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 or A level education standard and fluency in spoken and written English (other foreign languages are a plus).
  • •2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel as a public area attendant (skilled to perform the role).
  • •Ability to maintain cleaning/hygiene standards and follow O&O One Za’abeel procedures consistently.
  • •Skilled in proper use and care of cleaning equipment and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
  • •Hospitality graduate is an advantage.
