Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute data validations and system tie-outs for releases and revenue, including cross-checking between internal systems and reporting outputs.
  • •Conduct gap analysis between forecasts/estimations and actual sales/releases, tracking variances and creating alerts to drive data cleanup.
  • •Perform regular system loading checks to ensure accurate data flow between BI tools and financial databases.
  • •Shadow the team to identify manual, repetitive reporting tasks and help build scripted automation solutions.
  • •Assist with designing/updating interactive dashboards and review/maintain BI workflow documentation to standardize processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics (minimum CGPA of 3.0).
  • •Basic exposure to Python and SQL for data extraction and automation.
  • •Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (PBI).
  • •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, plus willingness to learn Google Apps Script.
  • •Driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and multiple changing priorities independently and collaboratively.
