Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as part of the HEYDUDE team, using the V.I.B.E.S service model and supporting in-store promotions and product launches. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
•Follow HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Be 16 years or older.
•Have flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Use a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise between the backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and stay active on the sales floor for extended shifts.
