Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and promote a strong safety culture and critical success factors including safety, quality, delivery, and cost/inventory management.
  • •Support development and qualification of new procedures and processes for manufacturing.
  • •Serve as a manufacturing support interface with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to address manufacturability issues.
  • •Support Lean implementation and reduction of cost of quality, including understanding principles and applying them to improve outcomes.
  • •Drive OEE analysis and implement root-cause solutions to improve processes and reduce nonconformance; facilitate and coordinate production and quality activities.
