Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager for a team of software and systems engineers.
  • •Proven track record managing hiring, onboarding, and professional development for a team.
  • •Strong planning and execution skills to deliver with predictability.
  • •Technical background in IP networking, including BGP, Layer 3 routing, and physical/virtual interconnect technologies (e.g., cross-connects, VLANs).
  • •Experience building or operating provisioning/automation systems for network infrastructure, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging distributed systems with customer impact.
