Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales floor while delivering outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments, manage POS operations, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom activities to create a seamless shopping experience. Partner with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, coordinate day-to-day team tasks, and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product and collaboration updates. Fulfill key holder duties including opening/closing and cash handling.
