Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day administrative support to Senior Director and executive-level leaders, prioritizing tasks with short lead times.
  • •Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments/meetings, coordinating web meetings, booking conference rooms, and resolving schedule conflicts.
  • •Plan extensive and sometimes complex travel arrangements and prepare accurate expense reports per established policies.
  • •Coordinate executive visits and events, including meeting space setup, assigning tasks to office teams, and handling attendee lists and visitor authorization forms for security.
  • •Monitor email communications, highlight urgent matters, coordinate meetings, and prepare weekly reports for executive updates.

Key Requirements
