Job Summary

Drive day-to-day delivery for regulated healthcare applications by investigating and resolving L2/L3 incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring service restoration within SLAs. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and support patches, upgrades, and controlled releases with impact analysis and rollback planning. Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors, while maintaining runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit documentation aligned to HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate expertise in registry abstraction, case identification, coding rules (e.g., CoC, NTDB, STS), and integrate registry tools with EMR, imaging systems, and billing systems.
