Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, track, and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
  • •Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals of ECNs to ensure changes align with company goals and customer requirements.
  • •Create, review, and upload BOMs into Mapics with high accuracy, collaborating to validate BOM structures and consistency.
  • •Serve as the liaison between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve ECN/BOM workflows and support development and maintenance of related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, manufacturing, or similar).
  • •4–7 years of experience in similar roles (manufacturing, engineering, NPI, design, etc.).
  • •Hands-on experience coordinating engineering/product/process changes, including exposure to NPI and design.
  • •Experience managing BOMs (Bills of Materials), drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •Experience with PLM systems or formal change control processes (ENOVIA is a plus) and ability to track changes through implementation.
