Director, Enterprise Security (UCAN)

Lead and manage the UCAN regional Enterprise Security program, shaping the physical security risk strategy for corporate offices and specialized locations across the region. Serve as senior regional authority for security matters, influence cross-functional and senior leadership decisions, and oversee access control, guard force management, and operational security planning. Own vendor engagement, budgeting, crisis/incident communications, and tailored risk mitigation aligned to Netflix’s global risk framework.
