Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of the Group planning cycle, including the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Rolling Forecasts.
  • •Help prepare monthly performance reporting for Board and senior stakeholders against budgets and objectives.
  • •Build robust financial models and forecasts for ROI cases such as new products and M&A opportunities.
  • •Develop and streamline reporting processes and management reports; organize, maintain, and analyze financial datasets for profitability.
  • •Prepare presentations and analysis for senior and external stakeholders (e.g., investors and credit providers), and assist internal/external auditors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven FP&A experience, preferably 3+ years.
  • •Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence to influence outcomes.
  • •Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (macros, complex modelling).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (or related); ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) preferred.
