Flexo Press Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Operate and set up flexographic printing presses to produce zero-defect runs. Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains and rollers, and maintain close tolerances by interpreting order specs using overlay gauges or shop scales. Diagnose equipment abnormalities to root cause and perform preventative maintenance. Follow SOPs and ISO 9001 work instructions while partnering across departments to report finished production in plant software.
