Job Summary

Develop and optimize the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform to strengthen enterprise risk and compliance programs. Lead platform configuration, automate risk and control workflows, support BCM/DR programs, build GRC dashboards and reports, and drive continuous monitoring for SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Platform Configuration & Development: Execute advanced techno-functional configuration within the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform, including automated workflows, risk indicators, and ongoing administration of risk registers to support a dynamic risk inventory.
•Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Operations: Operationalize BCM and DR programs within ServiceNow, including BIA activities, maintaining continuity plans, and documenting DR exercise outcomes.
•Risk Assessment & Remediation: Build a technical risk assessments framework across internal systems and vendors, automated findings, risk ratings, and remediation actions within ServiceNow.
•GRC Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain advanced GRC dashboards and reports for real-time risk visibility to senior leadership.
•Continuous Compliance Monitoring: Deliver proactive monitoring, testing, and controls validation to maintain ongoing SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance, automating evidence collection and control testing.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber GRC, IT Audit, Information Security, or a closely related discipline.
•Proficiency with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
•Practical experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including tool administration, plan maintenance, and exercise coordination.
•Solid understanding of ServiceNow development components (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and how they apply to GRC workflows.
•Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Tableau (or comparable BI/analytics platforms) for compliance and operational reporting, data analysis pipelines, and executive dashboards.
