Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the Assembly Manager to receive, commission new vehicles, and execute approvals for use.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance strategies (from FMEA) to define PMs; track failures and drive downtime improvements to ensure vehicle uptime.
  • •Complete repairs to return non-functional vehicles as quickly as possible and oversee mechanical function of depot equipment.
  • •Coordinate registration, branding permits, licensing, RTA inspections, and other permits for the fleet (e.g., access cards).
  • •Undertake FMEA analysis, maintain critical spares supply, manage fuel consumption reports and fines, and provide technical input on vehicles/vendors/modifications.
