Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish a structured approach to monitoring global and regional environmental, material, and product regulations.
  • •Assess applicability and impact of new requirements across products, technologies, markets, and lifecycle stages.
  • •Design and continuously improve the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle from monitoring through remediation, verification, and closure.
  • •Establish governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths, and clear accountabilities across product stewardship activities.
  • •Lead cross-functional gap assessments and remediation programs, ensuring ownership, prioritization, progress tracking, and regulatory capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, materials science, engineering, law, regulatory studies, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in product stewardship, environmental compliance, sustainability, regulatory affairs, quality, or related areas in a regulated product-based industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulations such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS restrictions, Ecodesign, and Right to Repair across multiple regions.
  • •Senior experience establishing capabilities, processes, and governance and leading through influence in complex global organizations.
  • •Track record leading regulatory gap assessments and cross-functional remediation programs, translating legal and technical obligations into practical guidance.
