Key Responsibilities

  • •Fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for recruiting queries and evaluate providers to improve search quality.
  • •Scale semantic search across 800M+ profiles and integrate rerankers to surface better candidates.
  • •Own Snowflake data pipelines and data infrastructure to feed models and enable rapid experimentation.
  • •Ship full-stack features from prompt engineering to UI, delivering intuitive search experiences.
  • •Build evaluation systems and end-to-end ownership of the stack from data to UI.
