Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to building the self-service platform that lets stakeholders build, deploy, and run AI agents and automations against Greenhouse’s data and tools.
•Architect and build self-service infrastructure frameworks for provisioning runtime, deployment, and observability stacks independently.
•Codify and abstract EA’s AWS footprint (networking, IAM, secrets) into reusable infrastructure-as-code modules or internal APIs.
•Build evaluation frameworks and observability practices to securely run AI systems in production workflows.
•Provide technical escalation availability during agreed windows for core platform infrastructure support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a software engineer shipping production services, building a platform, SDK, framework, internal tool, or API used by other engineers.
•Proven experience treating infrastructure as an internal product by building SDKs, frameworks, or developer tools relied on daily.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or TypeScript, with comfort designing clean APIs and developer-facing abstractions.
•Hands-on cloud experience operating production services end to end on AWS or GCP, including compute, networking, IAM, secrets, deployment automation, and Terraform.
•Production security fundamentals including secrets management, OAuth/OIDC, least-privilege architectures, and dependency hygiene.
