Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project site performance meets required specifications, stays on schedule, adheres to contracts pricing and requirements, and follows company financial guidelines
  • •Oversee compliance of construction activities with Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
  • •Analyse, manage and mitigate project delivery risks
  • •Oversee on-site performance, management of contractors and coordination with project team
  • •Review progress reports and contractor summaries; ensure timely reporting to Project Manager and Senior Management

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in relevant engineering discipline; preferably Civil or Electrical
  • •PMP Certification or Project Management qualification is desirable
  • •15 years of experience in managing site works for renewables or construction projects; 5 at Construction Management level
  • •Experience with managing international wind projects; experience in Egypt is desirable
  • •Strong communication abilities and fluency in English; excellent people management skills
