Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret regulatory requirements and coordinate stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation of regulatory and strategic payment programs.
  • •Serve as a SWIFT subject matter expert for SWIFT standards, SWIFT applications, Payment Hub functionalities, and cross-border payment processes.
  • •Develop and socialize Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), coordinate reviews/approvals, and support functional specification development aligned to regulatory expectations.
  • •Own day-to-day operational support of the Payment Hub and drive continuous enhancements to improve operational efficiency, user experience, system functionality, and process effectiveness.
  • •Support governance of SWIFT-related services, including SWIFT invoice management/reconciliation, budget monitoring, and adherence to financial governance and approval frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of SWIFT standards, messaging formats, and SWIFT-related applications.
  • •Good understanding of cross-border payment infrastructures and market infrastructures.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 20022 migration, payment processing workflows, and Payment Hub architecture.
  • •Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), perform impact assessments, and support project delivery.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
