Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic RevOps initiatives end-to-end, turning business needs into requirements, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve GTM effectiveness and create connected processes, data, and operating rhythms.
  • •Design and continuously improve core GTM processes across opportunity management, pipeline/forecasting, deal workflows, renewals, expansion, and quote-to-cash.
  • •Own Marketing Operations and Customer Success Operations workstreams within the GTM motion, including lead lifecycle/routing/scoring, and customer health scoring/segmentation/whitespace planning/renewals/expansion.
  • •Drive GTM systems and data governance, including Salesforce governance and partnering with GTM Engineer and GTM Analytics on workflows, automation, integrations, metrics, reporting, and data standards.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment supporting multiple stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • •Expertise across core GTM platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot, optimizing systems and processes across the revenue lifecycle.
  • •Strong understanding of Marketing Operations and demand generation, including lead lifecycle, scoring/routing, attribution, intent signals, and Marketing-to-Sales funnel management.
  • •Strong understanding of Customer Success Operations, including customer health scoring, segmentation, account planning, renewals/expansion, churn risk, and retention metrics.
  • •Own complex, cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering through implementation, change management, and adoption.
