Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet face to face with customers and engage them when and where they need assistance to provide counsel
  • •Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions
  • •Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services based on their goals and needs
  • •Originate and close consumer loans, and open accounts as part of branch support
  • •Open and/or close the branch and help ensure branch operations are completed

Key Requirements

  • •Active National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z with ongoing compliance, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • •Effective and confident client communication
  • •Cash handling experience
