Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor a team of field engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
  • •Define and standardize deployment workflows and integration playbooks to improve repeatability and reliability.
  • •Set technical strategy for field integrations, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions for tooling and automation.
  • •Oversee secure provisioning and configuration of FPS deployments in customer-owned tactical edge systems and partner with Security/Product for compliance alignment.
  • •Drive mission readiness with training, documentation, deployment guides, readiness tracking, and operational excellence through SOPs, metrics/dashboards, and post-deployment reviews.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, or related technical deployment roles.
  • •4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
  • •Extensive experience with Linux systems, networking, and deploying software in complex or edge-based infrastructure, including Docker/containerized deployment.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance, and U.S. Citizenship.
