Field Engineering Manager

Lead TurbineOne’s Field Engineering function in a player-coach role, managing and mentoring Field Engineers while driving technical leadership for field integrations and deployment readiness of the Frontline Perception System (FPS). Define repeatable deployment workflows and integration playbooks, build and improve tooling and automation (Python/Go/Bash), and ensure secure FPS delivery into customer-owned tactical edge environments with cybersecurity and government compliance. Travel periodically to support deployments, demonstrations, and mission events.
