Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing Windows systems administration including installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • •Support availability and reliability by evaluating and integrating OS versions, drivers, and hardware; remediate daily incident tickets.
  • •Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance in standalone and multi-tier environments while implementing system security.
  • •Define and direct backup/disaster recovery procedures and execute recovery operations when components are destroyed.
  • •Ensure 24x7 after-hours support and support compliance, staging/run testing, policy/procedure enhancements, and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of relevant experience in systems administration.
  • •Strong knowledge of systems software/hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows).
  • •Proven technical troubleshooting skills for hardware/software systems and system issues.
  • •Experience with systems management processes and tools for problem reporting, change management, and support.
  • •Ability to provide client service and coordinate operational activities and recommendations.
