Job Summary

Product leader responsible for the Enterprise SKU and outbound communications for Datadog’s largest customers. Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, develop growth motions and lifecycle workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise expansion. Key Responsibilities

•Publicly launch the Enterprise SKU and own packaging, attach strategy, quotas and limits policy, and metering; align pricing mechanics and positioning with cross-functional partners.
•Stand up the design partner program by recruiting 5 to 10 enterprise admins and procurement buyers and validating packaging assumptions.
•Define the Enterprise readiness rubric covering SSO/SCIM, granular RBAC, audit controls, data residency, and private connectivity.
•Map the Dogmail/Notifications surface; assess engineering backlog, gaps, and dependencies to set a 6-month direction with the owning team.
•Build Sales and Support-integrated workflows; identify in-product experiences to surface context, reduce tickets, and accelerate deal velocity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of PM experience in SaaS B2B, with meaningful time on enterprise packaging, pricing, monetization, or growth motions
•Proven track record in enterprise commercial strategy—you’ve owned a SKU, driven attach, or managed a monetization roadmap at a company with usage-based or tier-based pricing
•Operator mindset with strong cross-functional influence across RevEng, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, and Support
•Metrics-driven. You define leading indicators, instrument them, and use them to make decisions
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
