Lead Toddler Teacher

Lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment focused on independence, curiosity, and confidence. Observe children closely, prepare orderly spaces for exploration, and provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy. Build trusting relationships with children and families, communicate regularly with parents, and collaborate with team members to run routines and create a joyful community while helping toddlers do it themselves.
