Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a bird’s-eye view of the transformation journeys and provide governance across all digital initiatives.
  • •Prevent duplication and provide NeoX portfolio leadership, including portfolio prioritization, funding strategy, budget control, and benefits realization.
  • •Redefine the operating model within Wholesale Digital Studio & the NeoX portfolio and build a digitally driven organization.
  • •Ensure budget adherence and adoption of agile & scaled agile principles across squads.
  • •Provide strategic direction and governance oversight for the NeoVentures portfolio, including venture portfolio value realization and ecosystem enablement.
