Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and secure new property insurance business and retain renewal business to meet profitability and client-satisfaction objectives.
  • •Manage client relationships with potential distribution channels (brokers, intermediaries) and internal development teams to promote property insurance products and improve portfolio profitability.
  • •Plan, analyze, and execute sales strategies to achieve new/renewal targets and enhance market share.
  • •Oversee underwriting and risk management activities, including reinsurance arrangements, risk inspection outcomes, premium calculation accuracy, and policy document quality.
  • •Monitor due premium collections, produce management/competition reports, and coordinate with customers, brokers, and other insurers to obtain underwriting information and support effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree (Commerce/Science/Arts/Business Administration).
  • •Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, London (or equivalent) (desirable).
  • •8–12 years’ experience in a progressive organization, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
  • •General insurance experience with emphasis on property, underwriting, claims, and re-insurance.
