Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the multi-year Procurement Digital Enablement strategy, roadmap, milestones, risks/dependencies, governance cadence, and execution priorities.
  • •Translate Procurement pain points into digital opportunities, automation and AI use cases/pilots, process improvements, and measurable value cases.
  • •Manage intake and triage for Procurement requests related to technology, automation, reporting, AI, workflows, and process modernization; evaluate by value, feasibility, risk, controls, and funding needs.
  • •Support proof-of-concept governance and pilot tracking, including success criteria and scale/no-scale recommendations for leadership decisioning.
  • •Track and report value delivered across hard savings, cost avoidance, productivity, budget management, working capital impact, invoice exception reduction, efficiency, compliance, and risk reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong end-to-end Source-to-Customer and Accounts Payable-connected process knowledge, including sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, PO compliance, approvals, receiving, invoicing, invoice exceptions, payment readiness, and controls.
  • •Experience supporting digital transformation, automation and AI use case intake, platform modernization, process improvement, or technology-enabled operating model change.
  • •Proven ability to manage multi-year roadmaps, portfolio intake, prioritization, funding needs, executive reporting, and cross-functional decision forums.
  • •Experience providing governance/oversight for shared services, GBS/GPS, AP, or cross-functional process and system changes, including impact assessment, control review, documentation, and implementation readiness.
  • •Proven ability to track hard savings, cost avoidance, productivity, budget performance, business case value, benefit realization, and transformation impact.
