Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned client projects succeed in meeting financial, schedule, and performance targets defined by contract and internal expectations.
  • •Review performance trends, prepare cost impact analysis and monthly performance reports, and recommend contractor invoices for approval.
  • •Prepare and maintain regular cost reports tracking actuals and committed costs vs. budgets; update forecasts using earned value and progress inputs.
  • •Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and assist project managers with project setup and execution.
  • •Coordinate project personnel to develop work breakdown structures, communicate budget/cost/schedule analyses to leadership, and develop recovery plans when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on both small and large projects for a large portfolio of projects and multiple project managers.
  • •Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic Federal Contract Requirements to assist Project Managers on federal contracts.
