Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated Restraints project plan across scope, timing, budget, parts ordering, sub-assembly builds, and validation deliverables.
  • •Drive Restraints suppliers to deliver mature components on time, resolve execution gaps, and align plans to vehicle program and validation milestones.
  • •Track planning BOM readiness including part-number maturity, engineering changes, piece price, development and testing costs, and tooling impacts.
  • •Translate engineering validation plans into complete test-part requirements and ensure parts are specified, procured, built, shipped, and available when testing begins.
  • •Proactively identify risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies; maintain dashboards and KPIs to drive timely decisions and issue closure.
