Key Responsibilities

  • •Own VOC processes and host trainings, maintain standard work, and drive adherence while building a centralized customer insight database.
  • •Develop and maintain the AIM framework for Precision Technologies, including market sizing, gap analysis, and won/lost funnel documentation feeding product and sub-business unit needs.
  • •Own the IRPX and Stage-Gate excellence processes for NPD, strengthening phase gate reviews, standard work, and accountability to targeted toll gate dates.
  • •Coordinate priorities between IRETC and regional engineering teams, including structuring evaluation of IRETC projects and serving as liaison for a ~50-person engineering team in India.
  • •Lead product rationalization and IP opportunity inputs for patent strategy, and establish product cybersecurity review and mitigation deliverables within the IRPX gate process.
