Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interior and exterior and accurately identify imperfections or defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
