Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision and strategy for either the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain, aligned to company goals and customer outcomes.
  • •Lead discovery and prioritization across hiring and onboarding problems, balancing features, regulatory needs, tech debt, and operational improvements.
  • •Translate strategy into execution by defining roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • •Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable solutions with strong user experience.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market to ensure feasibility and alignment, including embedding regulatory and compliance requirements into product development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Product Management owning complex product areas end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes.
  • •3+ years in HR tech or related areas (hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance) or B2B SaaS with regulated/operationally complex domain experience.
  • •Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills, including validating assumptions and translating insights into solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience building or iterating on AI-powered and automation-driven features with use-case evaluation and real-world impact measurement.
  • •Highly data-driven experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize and measure success.
