Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant – BREEAM Assessor

Lead delivery of building certification and competitive bids while providing technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL, and related schemes. Partner with clients and internal sustainability specialists to set decarbonisation targets, advise during early design stages, and produce clear technical reports. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, analyse large datasets, strengthen market presence through business development, and mentor junior consultants while overseeing internal quality assurance.
