Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical reference specialist for the assigned Epiroc equipment portfolio and related systems.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting, diagnostics, performance optimization, and root-cause investigation.
  • •Support Customer Centers and customers in resolving complex issues across operation, maintenance, machines, and components.
  • •Evaluate applications and operating practices to improve productivity, availability, utilization, and safety; optimize performance-related metrics as needed.
  • •Develop maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and condition-based) and recommend rebuild, component replacement, and life-extension programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree (Técnico Universitario) or a bachelor’s/engineering degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Mining, or related fields.
  • •More than 5 years of experience with surface drilling equipment.
  • •Solid experience in maintenance, reliability, fleet management, or technical support.
  • •Direct experience working with mining industry customers.
  • •In-depth knowledge of surface drilling equipment systems, including hydraulics, drivetrain, electrical systems, automation, and digital solutions.
