Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and coordinate the systems engineering process for assigned missions, including requirements development, interface definition, architecture documentation, verification planning, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Oversee verification and validation across mission threads (commanding, telemetry, automation, data flows, workflows) and coordinate with product, software engineering, forward-deployed engineering, customer, and program stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain mission-relevant systems engineering artifacts (requirements documents, ICDs, CONOPS, verification matrices, test plans, architecture models).
  • •Advise product strategy and roadmap based on recurring customer needs and mission patterns; define feature requirements and architectural considerations for mission-driven capabilities.
  • •Bridge customer needs, sales strategy, product capabilities, software implementation, and delivery execution, communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in satellite ground systems, mission integration, systems engineering, or related fields
  • •Experience coordinating across software, hardware, operations, and program stakeholders
  • •Ability to translate mission needs into executable architecture, requirements, scope, and delivery plans
  • •Experience supporting customer-facing technical work (solution architecture, proposals, design reviews, requirements discussions, or program execution)
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
