Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own and coordinate the systems engineering process for assigned missions, including requirements development, interface definition, architecture documentation, verification planning, and acceptance criteria.
•Oversee verification and validation across mission threads (commanding, telemetry, automation, data flows, workflows) and coordinate with product, software engineering, forward-deployed engineering, customer, and program stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain mission-relevant systems engineering artifacts (requirements documents, ICDs, CONOPS, verification matrices, test plans, architecture models).
•Advise product strategy and roadmap based on recurring customer needs and mission patterns; define feature requirements and architectural considerations for mission-driven capabilities.
•Bridge customer needs, sales strategy, product capabilities, software implementation, and delivery execution, communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
