Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it’s safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work scheduled shifts on a 7-day rotating schedule, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license; able to obtain required licenses (Notary in first 90 days; Vehicle Verifier in CA within 90 days; Chauffeur’s license/specialty license in other listed states within two weeks).
