Test and validate network software in a production environment, working across networking, application, OS, and cloud layers. Key Responsibilities

•Triaging, reproducing, and resolving complex customer or field issues in large-scale or production environments.
•Applying strong root cause analysis across networking, application, OS, and cloud layers.
•Using observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing) such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki to investigate issues.
•Building or using AI and automation tools for debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution.
•Validating networking behavior across wired/wireless protocols and cloud-native distributed systems (microservices, APIs, and service communication).

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in wired networking protocols (VLAN, IP, STP, TCP/UDP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, SPBM) or enterprise wireless LAN testing and validation.
•Solid understanding of network security concepts including AAA, 802.1X, VPN, Captive Portal, IPsec, and Firewalls.
•Strong knowledge of network infrastructure services including DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, SSH, and Certificate Authorities.
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-native and distributed systems (microservices, APIs, service communication).
•Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud middleware (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and strong programming/debugging skills in Python or Java (or similar languages).
