Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides hands-on support to neurodivergent individuals, assisting with daily living, following individualized care plans, and monitoring behaviors to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The role partners with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, inclusive environment and supports client independence and community engagement within regulated settings.
