Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core parts of the provider experience end to end, from onboarding and activation through everyday value workflows.
  • •Set technical direction for Provider Growth, making architecture and platform decisions that enable rapid experimentation.
  • •Build AI agents and automation to expand the provider network, including lead qualification, enrichment, outreach, and follow-up.
  • •Design and ship tools to help Growth and Operations teams move faster by replacing manual work with scalable systems.
  • •Run experiments across onboarding, activation, referral, and other growth surfaces, using data to improve conversion and sustained usage.
