Oversee and manage the implementation of construction documents on-site, while supporting discipline engineers across projects. •Oversee and manage the implementation of construction documents on-site, supporting discipline engineers as needed.
•Coordinate with the design office, contractor, and client representatives to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
•Plan, supervise, and administer projects using design principles, construction procedures, regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and applicable codes.
•Resolve on-site design challenges and implement client-requested modifications in coordination with the Design Engineer.
•Identify and report non-conformities via Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), support snagging and project handover, and submit daily site reports.
