Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical reference for test automation, guiding engineering teams on quality approaches and automation practices.
  • •Define test automation strategies aligned with requirements, quality objectives, technical risks, delivery constraints, and operational needs.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web, backend, API, distributed, cloud-native, and edge computing platforms.
  • •Integrate automated verification into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast feedback on quality, regressions, integrations, and release readiness.
  • •Analyze test results and complex failures, investigate issues across layers, and promote reliable, maintainable, traceable automation aligned with verification/validation strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software testing experience, including at least 4 years hands-on test automation.
  • •Experience defining and implementing automation strategies for complex systems across multiple components, interfaces, environments, and dependencies.
  • •Strong testing knowledge (test levels/types, design techniques, risk-based testing, and defect management).
  • •Hands-on automation with modern web test tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, or equivalent.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python for test development/automation, with experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
